Senior Project Manager
Help deliver one of Dallas' most ambitious data center developments.
We're partnering with a data center developer to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a flagship hyperscale data center campus in Dallas.
This is an opportunity to join a growing developer and play a key role in a technically complex project from design and preconstruction through construction, commissioning and final handover. Working as the owner's representative on site, you'll collaborate closely with the general contractor, consultants and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery while helping establish the standards for future developments across Texas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent the owner on-site throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Manage and hold the general contractor accountable for schedule, cost, quality and project performance.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants and utility partners to coordinate project delivery.
- Review schedules, budgets, change orders and project risks, ensuring issues are identified and resolved early.
- Support design coordination, constructability reviews, procurement planning and commissioning activities.
- Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering large, technically complex construction projects.
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Owner's Representative.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost controls, contractor management and project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data center or mission-critical experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates from sectors such as advanced manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, aviation or other complex commercial construction.
