Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical reviews and ensure quality assurance and quality control across all project phases, following established firm protocols.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to optimize project performance, technical standards, and team development.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level staff, ensuring alignment with the firm's project delivery methods and technical standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring deadlines, design quality, and documentation standards are met.
- Review, sign, and seal architectural documentation as required.
- Work closely with studio and regional leadership to allocate staffing resources, plan workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Contribute to the refinement of technical processes, including office standards and project delivery methodologies.
- Participate in business development meetings, as needed, to support client engagement and market growth.
- Take ownership of the technical quality and execution of work produced by the regional team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
- Architectural registration preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects.
- Deep knowledge of design, construction methodology, building systems, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with sustainable design and LEED guidelines.
- Strong understanding of building codes and the ability to apply them effectively in technical documents.
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and InDesign is preferred.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
