Overview:
Harper Harrison is partnered with a nationally respected engineering consulting firm in the search for a Senior Project Manager to lead and expand their Water, Wastewater, and Utilities practice based in Woodstock, Georgia.

The Role:

You'll be given the platform to lead multidisciplinary teams, grow client relationships, and drive delivery across major water infrastructure programs. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity suited for a leader who wants to shape a practice and build their own team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead water and wastewater treatment, pumping, and conveyance projects from concept through delivery

  • Build and mentor a high-performing project team

  • Develop and implement a vision for regional growth in water and utilities

  • Manage client relationships with municipalities, water authorities, and public agencies

  • Oversee project delivery, budgets, resource planning, and profitability

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support business strategy and staff development


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (GA preferred or ability to obtain quickly)

  • 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects

  • Strong technical leadership and project management background

  • Proven business development skills and existing client relationships

  • Experience with municipal and public sector utility clients

  • Ability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage project delivery effectively
