Harper Harrison is partnered with a nationally respected engineering consulting firm in the search for a Senior Project Manager to lead and expand their Water, Wastewater, and Utilities practice based in Woodstock, Georgia.

The Role:
You'll be given the platform to lead multidisciplinary teams, grow client relationships, and drive delivery across major water infrastructure programs. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity suited for a leader who wants to shape a practice and build their own team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead water and wastewater treatment, pumping, and conveyance projects from concept through delivery
Build and mentor a high-performing project team
Develop and implement a vision for regional growth in water and utilities
Manage client relationships with municipalities, water authorities, and public agencies
Oversee project delivery, budgets, resource planning, and profitability
Collaborate with senior leadership to support business strategy and staff development
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license (GA preferred or ability to obtain quickly)
10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Strong technical leadership and project management background
Proven business development skills and existing client relationships
Experience with municipal and public sector utility clients
Ability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage project delivery effectively
