About the Firm
Our client is a nationally recognized architecture and design firm that focuses exclusively on healthcare environments — from complex acute care facilities to forward-thinking outpatient and specialty clinics. With decades of experience, they’ve built a reputation for translating the evolving needs of healthcare providers into spaces that improve patient outcomes, enhance staff performance, and strengthen community wellbeing.
Every project begins with a simple philosophy: healthcare spaces should work as beautifully as they look. This firm partners deeply with clients to understand their people, processes, and technology — creating environments that balance innovation, empathy, and performance.
Why This Role Matters
As part of the firm’s continued growth, particularly in the Southeast, this Medical Planner will play a key role in shaping new healthcare environments from strategy to implementation. You’ll serve as a bridge between clinical vision and design execution — ensuring every square foot supports better care delivery, smoother operations, and a stronger sense of place.
Your work will directly influence how patients heal, how staff work, and how communities thrive.

Opportunity to join a firm whose entire focus is improving healthcare through design
