-
-
Manage multiple projects or a large anchor project, balancing profitability, risk management, and constructability.
-
Lead client and consultant relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for healthcare owners, users, and external partners.
-
Collaborate with firm leadership (Principal in Charge) to align design delivery with client goals and business development strategy.
-
Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, structure, and accountability to ensure team success.
-
Leverage a deep understanding of healthcare project delivery, including regulatory and operational constraints, to guide design decisions and ensure alignment with clinical workflows.
-
Partner directly with clinical and owner teams to interpret operational goals into architectural outcomes that improve both patient experience and staff efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
-
10+ years of experience in healthcare or institutional project management
-
Demonstrated success leading design and documentation teams on complex healthcare projects
