The Opportunity: The firm is seeking an experienced Project Architect with a strong background in mid and high-rise commercial project delivery. This individual will lead the technical development and documentation of complex urban projects, ensuring design integrity, constructability, and seamless interdisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project documentation, modeling, and coordination across disciplines

Conduct ongoing quality control reviews of design and construction documents

Oversee building systems, detailing, and technical integration

Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, milestone schedules, and staffing strategies

Align design intent with constructability, sequencing, and cost objectives alongside the construction team

Coordinate consultant teams and internal staff for cohesive project delivery

Apply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes accurately

Prepare and review technical specifications and project manuals

Resolve complex technical and design challenges across all phases

Participate in construction administration and field observation

Mentor and support emerging professionals on the design team

Contribute to a culture of learning through continuing education and lessons-learned initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Architecture (or equivalent)
- 7+ Years of professional architectural experience

Professional architectural license preferred

Significant experience in mid and high-rise commercial project delivery

Strong technical, design, and coordination skills

Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities
