Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate architectural design and documentation across all phases

Conduct detailed quality control reviews and resolve complex technical challenges

Oversee building systems selection, detailing, and interdisciplinary coordination

Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Support the integration of architecture and construction through the firm’s unique delivery model

Apply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes effectively

Contribute to project manuals and uphold documentation standards

Assist in managing project schedules, programs, and design execution strategies

Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth

Represent the firm professionally, fostering strong client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Architecture (or equivalent)

7+ years of professional architectural experience

Professional architectural license preferred
