We are currently partnering with a leading, rapidly expanding design-build general contractor to support the growth of their mission critical team. With a strong backlog of hyperscale and colocation data center projects across the U.S., they are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead field operations on technically complex, fast-track builds.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations on ground-up and expansion data center projects
- Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, logistics, and site safety
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Partner closely with project management, design teams, and ownership groups
- Drive commissioning readiness and successful project turnover
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on mission critical, data center, or technically complex commercial/industrial project
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of MEP systems and coordination in high-performance environments
- Ability to manage fast-paced, schedule-driven projects
- Willingness to travel nationwide
