Project Manager - Healthcare

Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare projects from concept through completion, ensuring successful delivery across all phases of design and documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals
• Monitor project performance, including budget tracking, billing efficiency, and overall team productivity, to drive quality and profitability
• Coordinate all technical and administrative aspects of projects to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution
• Facilitate project meetings, guide decision-making, and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track
• Lead project teams by providing direction, mentorship, and ongoing support, fostering professional growth and high performance
• Oversee quality assurance across all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to design standards and regulations
• Track progress and report on project status, risks, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project changes, implementing adjustments as needed to meet evolving requirements and ensure successful outcomes
• Participate in business development efforts, including defining scope, estimating fees, and preparing proposals and contracts
