I'm working with a leading design firm seeking an Executive-Level Senior Project Manager to join their Dallas-based team. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the largest pediatric hospital campus projects in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of a large-scale pediatric healthcare campus from concept through construction

  • Lead all phases of a major pediatric hospital campus project-from master planning through construction administration

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client executives, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, priorities, and expectations

  • Build and manage integrated project teams including architects, consultants, contractors, and client representatives

  • Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery

  • Ensure design excellence and compliance with healthcare codes, regulations, and institutional standards

  • Facilitate coordination across multiple disciplines including architecture, interior design, MEP, and medical planning

  • Navigate complex project phasing, logistics, and coordination with hospital operations

  • Anticipate and resolve project risks or roadblocks through proactive planning and collaboration

  • Lead internal team development, including mentorship of project architects, planners, and junior staff

  • Represent the firm's leadership in client-facing meetings, presentations, and design reviews

  • Drive stakeholder consensus across a multi-entity partnership involving the healthcare system, institutional partners, and design collaborators

  • Contribute to thought leadership and strategy within the firm's healthcare practice

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in architecture or healthcare design with a strong focus on large, complex projects

  • Proven success managing healthcare facilities (pediatric or acute care preferred) of significant scale

  • Ability to manage executive-level communication and decision-making

  • Licensure preferred but not required
