Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of a large-scale pediatric healthcare campus from concept through construction
Lead all phases of a major pediatric hospital campus project-from master planning through construction administration
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client executives, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, priorities, and expectations
Build and manage integrated project teams including architects, consultants, contractors, and client representatives
Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
Ensure design excellence and compliance with healthcare codes, regulations, and institutional standards
Facilitate coordination across multiple disciplines including architecture, interior design, MEP, and medical planning
Navigate complex project phasing, logistics, and coordination with hospital operations
Anticipate and resolve project risks or roadblocks through proactive planning and collaboration
Lead internal team development, including mentorship of project architects, planners, and junior staff
Represent the firm's leadership in client-facing meetings, presentations, and design reviews
Drive stakeholder consensus across a multi-entity partnership involving the healthcare system, institutional partners, and design collaborators
Contribute to thought leadership and strategy within the firm's healthcare practice
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in architecture or healthcare design with a strong focus on large, complex projects
Proven success managing healthcare facilities (pediatric or acute care preferred) of significant scale
Ability to manage executive-level communication and decision-making
Licensure preferred but not required
