Harper Harrison are currently in partnership with a nationally recognized water engineering consultancy. We have successfully placed multiple industry leaders with this client that are working on first-of-their-kind projects.

We have partnered with this same client for a Senior Associate position within their Water/Wastewater Project Manager out of any of their Florida offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to the design and development of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

  • Perform hydraulic evaluations, feasibility assessments, and planning studies to support infrastructure improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical memoranda, construction drawings, and specifications in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Provide construction-phase support services, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior engineering staff.

  • Support or manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets for small to medium-scale engineering projects.

  • Assist in client engagement and business development activities, including proposal preparation, presentations, and participation in meetings with municipal and utility clients.

  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in water and/or wastewater infrastructure design and project delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (required).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).

  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, technical design, and construction support for water-related infrastructure.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with project management, particularly for small to mid-sized projects (preferred).

  • Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydraulic modeling software (e.g., InfoWater, WaterCAD, SewerCAD) is a plus
