Project Manager - Healthcare Architecture

An award-winning design firm with a strong national presence is looking for a Healthcare Project Manager to join its Dallas studio-home to one of the firm's most dynamic healthcare teams.
This studio has earned recognition for delivering high-impact, human-centered healthcare environments that span outpatient clinics, specialty centers, and multi-billion-dollar academic medical campuses. The team works at the intersection of design, research, and strategy-partnering with leading institutions on projects that shape the future of care delivery in Texas and beyond.
As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in guiding teams through all phases of project development, with a focus on leadership, technical excellence, and client trust.
Role Highlights:
Oversee the day-to-day management of healthcare projects, including coordination with consultants, schedules, deliverables, and quality control
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the design process
Support and mentor team members, helping guide design intent and project execution
Contribute to project pursuits and studio-wide knowledge-sharing
Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience in architecture, with significant healthcare project exposure
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project workflows
Strong understanding of healthcare codes, clinical operations, and medical planning fundamentals
Licensed architect (or working toward licensure) preferred
