Project Manager - Healthcare Architecture

Location: Dallas, TX

An award-winning design firm with a strong national presence is looking for a Healthcare Project Manager to join its Dallas studio-home to one of the firm's most dynamic healthcare teams.

This studio has earned recognition for delivering high-impact, human-centered healthcare environments that span outpatient clinics, specialty centers, and multi-billion-dollar academic medical campuses. The team works at the intersection of design, research, and strategy-partnering with leading institutions on projects that shape the future of care delivery in Texas and beyond.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in guiding teams through all phases of project development, with a focus on leadership, technical excellence, and client trust.

Role Highlights:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of healthcare projects, including coordination with consultants, schedules, deliverables, and quality control

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the design process

  • Support and mentor team members, helping guide design intent and project execution

  • Contribute to project pursuits and studio-wide knowledge-sharing

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in architecture, with significant healthcare project exposure

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project workflows

  • Strong understanding of healthcare codes, clinical operations, and medical planning fundamentals

  • Licensed architect (or working toward licensure) preferred
