A nationally recognized design firm with a strong regional presence is seeking a Healthcare Principal to lead and expand its healthcare architecture practice in Fort Myers.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic growth and direction of the healthcare architecture studio in Fort Myers
Oversee project delivery for major healthcare clients-from concept through construction administration
Cultivate and maintain client relationships with health systems, providers, and partners across the region
Mentor and develop staff while contributing to firmwide thought leadership and business planning
Collaborate with internal leadership on firm strategy, pursuits, and resource planning
Ideal Candidate:
15+ years of experience in healthcare architecture, including prior leadership and client-facing roles
Strong business development instincts and a proven ability to win work in the healthcare market
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, design regulations, and clinical environments
Licensed architect preferred; strong portfolio of completed healthcare projects required
