Dereck Wischmeyer is a Senior Advisor at Marsh, based in New York, where he works closely with developers, operators and investors across the data center industry.

With experience spanning legal strategy, commercial decision-making and operational risk, Dereck brings a practical perspective to the conversation. Having worked across telecom, fiber, real estate, zoning and data center development, he understands the many moving parts that can influence value and delivery.
