Project Manager
Location: Florida - Multiple Locations
We are a leading engineering consultancy seeking a highly skilled Site/Civil Project Manager to join our growing team in Florida. This opportunity offers the chance to work directly with senior leadership on major land development projects across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, renewable, and mixed-use.
The Role:
- Lead the design and permitting process for land development projects.
- Oversee site/civil design, including layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion and sediment control.
- Manage stormwater systems, conduct hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and prepare SWPPPs.
- Collaborate with geotechnical and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support client development, write proposals, and contribute to business growth.
- Mentor and guide junior staff while supporting office leadership with growth plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE licence required.
- At least 8 years of experience in site/civil engineering for land development.
- Strong technical expertise in stormwater, grading, and drainage design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
