I'm working with one of the nation’s leading education design firms, dedicated to shaping learning environments that inspire students and communities. The firm has a collaborative, mission-driven culture, and currently they're seeking a Project Architect to join the Los Angeles team. The firm is expanding its California education portfolio and in this role you’ll be responsible for design, documentation, and team leadership on innovative K-12 and higher education projects. This role adds capacity to meet growing client demand.
Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day architectural production for K-12 and higher-ed projects.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.

Develop construction documents and oversee technical detailing.

Collaborate with clients and school representatives to understand needs and refine designs.

Mentor and supervise junior designers and interns, fostering skill development.

Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with education facility standards.

Participate in design charrettes and community engagement sessions.
Qualifications:

7–12 years of architectural experience.
-
Education sector experience preferred.
-
Strong Revit skills.
-
Licensure preferred.
