The team is looking to hire an expierenced Construction Administrator to oversee healthcare projects in Dallas during construction. The firm’s healthcare group is scaling up to meet demand, requiring additional CA expertise on key projects.
Responsibilities

Oversee construction administration on complex healthcare facilities.

Conduct regular site visits, reviewing progress and compliance.

Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Resolve conflicts in the field by collaborating with contractors and consultants.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of site observations.

Ensure alignment of construction with design intent and client goals.

Act as the primary liaison between the project team and contractors during CA.

Support project managers in delivering projects on schedule and budget.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of CA experience.

Strong healthcare knowledge.

Excellent communication and field coordination skills.
