Key Responsibilities
Client & Team Leadership
- Lead large-scale, complex projects while ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning creative solutions with strategic objectives.
- Mentor and lead collaborative, high-performing teams across market sectors.
- Partner with firm leadership to ensure consistency between project delivery and growth strategies.
Market Growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic relationship-building.
- Develop and execute regional business development and marketing plans.
- Strengthen existing client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Lead competitive project pursuits, proposals, and presentations.
- Represent the firm at regional industry events and within professional networks.
- Partner with other leaders to align market growth with firm-wide goals and vision
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Professional licensure (Architect or Interior Designer) required.
- 15–20+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with demonstrated leadership across multiple market sectors.
- Proven track record of securing new work and driving measurable market growth.
- Strong regional network and relationships within the industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
