A leading national electrical contractor-recognized for its innovation, technical excellence, and expansive project portfolio-is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to join its growing team in the Washington, DC metro area.
This role offers the opportunity to join a company with a strong national footprint while playing a key leadership role in the expansion of its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. You'll lead field operations on complex, large-scale electrical projects while mentoring crews and ensuring quality, safety, and performance at every stage.
What You'll Do:
Lead all on-site electrical construction activities for commercial and institutional ground-up projects
Coordinate with GCs, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment and work sequencing
Enforce safety protocols and maintain quality assurance throughout the jobsite
Mentor foremen and journeymen, promoting team development and accountability
Support regional growth efforts by building strong relationships and setting project delivery standards
What You Bring:
10+ years of electrical construction experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record on large commercial or institutional ground-up projects
Deep knowledge of NEC, local codes, and best practices in electrical installation
Strong communication and organizational skills
A leadership style focused on safety, teamwork, and results
