Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from scoping through delivery.
- Develop and maintain client relationships with municipalities, utilities, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered to scope and standard.
- Provide technical direction, QA/QC oversight, and mentorship to project staff.

Qualifications:
