Job Description: As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems that enhance our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize automation systems for manufacturing processes.
- Implement and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to improve process efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for automated systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to production staff on automated systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems.
- Proficient in using CAD software for designing automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to automation and manufacturing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with robotics and machine vision systems.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT integration.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
