The Opportunity: They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare projects from conception through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, experienced professional who thrives in managing complex schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and design excellence. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary client contact, ensure high-quality project delivery, and mentor emerging team members.
Key Responsibilities

Lead healthcare projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope

Serve as primary client contact, building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional service

Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors for cohesive project delivery

Oversee project planning, staffing, and resource allocation to achieve efficiency and quality outcomes

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, codes, and best practices, including operational workflows

Manage contracts, financial tracking, and project documentation

Facilitate design reviews, charettes, and presentations with clients and stakeholders

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and excellence

Support marketing and business development efforts, including proposals and presentations
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline

Professional architectural license required

10+ years of experience in healthcare project management, including hospitals, clinics, or research facilities

Demonstrated expertise managing budgets, schedules, and complex project scopes

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Knowledge of healthcare operational planning, functional programming, and industry standards

Experience with BIM tools, Revit, and project documentation software
