The Opportunity: They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare projects from conception through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, experienced professional who thrives in managing complex schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and design excellence. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary client contact, ensure high-quality project delivery, and mentor emerging team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope

  • Serve as primary client contact, building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional service

  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors for cohesive project delivery

  • Oversee project planning, staffing, and resource allocation to achieve efficiency and quality outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, codes, and best practices, including operational workflows

  • Manage contracts, financial tracking, and project documentation

  • Facilitate design reviews, charettes, and presentations with clients and stakeholders

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and excellence

  • Support marketing and business development efforts, including proposals and presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline

  • Professional architectural license required

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare project management, including hospitals, clinics, or research facilities

  • Demonstrated expertise managing budgets, schedules, and complex project scopes

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare operational planning, functional programming, and industry standards

  • Experience with BIM tools, Revit, and project documentation software
