Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage large-scale multifamily and multi-unit residential projects from planning through completion, ensuring design intent, quality, and schedule are maintained.

* Serve as a primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring projects meet expectations for schedule, scope, and budget.

* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
* Utilize BIM, Deltek, and other project management tools to support project administration and construction documentation.
* Support project delivery through technical oversight, team leadership, and mentorship, ensuring projects progress smoothly through all phases.
* Contribute to projects in related sectors such as K-12, civic, or other compatible markets, when aligned with firm workload and expertise.

Healthcare Architect III– Certified licensed architect plus a minimum of eight years of healthcare architecture related experience. Fully competent architect in all conventional aspects of architectural design for healthcare projects of medium to large size and complexity.
