Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
* Architectural or Interior Design licensure required.
* 10+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated leadership in project management.
* Expertise in BIM (especially Revit), building codes, construction contract administration, site analysis, and life safety.
* Proficiency in 2D/3D tools, including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with 3D modeling methods (e.g., 3D printing, laser cutting) is a plus.

* LEED Green Associate credential required within 6 months of hire.
