Role Overview:
As a Land Development Project Manager, you will lead and oversee land development projects from initial planning through to completion. You will manage project teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure that all aspects of land development are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of land development processes, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Manage and lead land development projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with client requirements and company standards.
* Planning and Coordination: Oversee project planning, including site assessments, design development, and regulatory approvals.
* Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Team Management: Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, planners, and consultants, to achieve project objectives.
* Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Experience: 8-15 years of experience in land development project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
* Skills: Strong project management skills, including project management software and tools proficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar credentials are preferred.

Project Managers are responsible for the management of entire projects, from start to finish including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services. This role is responsible for leading consultants, internal resources, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation, and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.
This individual should preferably have broad life sciences project knowledge focusing on Lab, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, R&D Laboratories and Clinical environments.
Project Manager Responsibilities: * Responsible for the management of the projects, start to finish.
* Utilize the company's resource groups for design, preparation of design and construction documents.

* Knowledge and experience designing wet and dry laboratories, and clean rooms.
* Knowledge of clean room ISO standards.
* Hazardous material containment and control area knowledge with respect to life science, pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments.
