You will serve as both the organisational backbone and a strategic partner to the design team, ensuring projects meet client expectations while achieving technical and aesthetic excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee projects through all phases, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope

Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong and enduring relationships

Collaborate closely with design teams, offering strategic insight and contributing constructively to design discussions

Manage project staffing, workflow, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and quality

Administer contracts, financial monitoring, and project documentation with precision

Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to uphold project objectives

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practises for facilities
Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years’ professional experience managing relevant project types

Demonstrated expertise in project management fundamentals including budgeting, scheduling, and scope control
