The Role
Lead complex water and wastewater projects from early concept through final delivery. You will serve as a trusted technical authority and project manager, guiding multidisciplinary teams and partnering closely with clients and regulators to achieve successful results.

Lead and manage projects through planning, design, construction, and commissioning

Conduct technical studies and data analysis for water supply, treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal

Develop and review designs, specifications, and drawings to meet regulatory standards and client requirements

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and review their work for quality

Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners, architects, structural engineers, MEP partners, and construction personnel

Perform site visits and inspections to assess existing infrastructure and define practical solutions

Track industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes and apply them to improve project outcomes

Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure compliance

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver on time and within budget

Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across the project lifecycle
The Requirements
Bring proven expertise in water and wastewater engineering along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and an active Professional Engineer license

Eight or more years of experience in water and wastewater engineering with emphasis on facilities design, planning, and project management

Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, wastewater treatment technologies, hydraulic modeling, and regulatory requirements

Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling tools such as EPANET, InfoWater, and WaterCAD

Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to develop innovative, constructible solutions

Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to clients and teams

Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers with a commitment to high quality deliverables

Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to industry standards and regulations
